Adding a layout is quite simple. All you have to do is pick a layout style you like then choose if you want a "standard" or "youtube enhanced layout" [?] copy the code from the appropriate text box then paste in the "About Me" section of myspace profile and your done.

note: you can still add text under this code that will appear in your "About Me" section.

The reason I have the option of two layout styles is specifically for people who have youtube clips in there "interests" section. The only difference is that that left tables have been resized so they are all the same size giving the layout a cleaner look when a youtube clip is inserted.

If your layout does not have an enhanced contact table (for example if you got it from the simple layouts page) you can add one by going to "Contact tables" in the "Addons section" selecting a contact table you like and pasting the code under your layout code in the "About Me" section.

note: you don't necessarily need to have a layout applied to have an enhanced contact table simply paste the contact table code in your about section by itself if you like.

Addons can be placed anywhere in you myspace profile . Simply go to the "Addons" section of this website by clicking here, select an addon then copy the code and paste it in what ever section you want it to appear.

To add a you youtube clip to your profile firstly go to the youtube website www.youtube.com find a clip you would like to add then copy the code from the "embedded" text box just right of the movie and paste it anywhere in your profile.

note: if you want it work with a "youtube enhanced" layout it must be placed somewhere in the interests section of your profile eg: General, Music, Films etc

Slideshows - there are a few places you can get a slideshow on your myspace page probably the most popular and easy is www.slide.com just click this link and follow the instructions specified for myspace and you can have a cool myspace slideshow on your page.

From photobucket - Another popular way of adding photos is from www.photobucket.com. To add photos from photobucket firstly sign up to photobucket by going to the website and following the sign-up process, Then upload your desired photos. the photos will then appear at the bottom of your login page with a series of text boxes underneath of them. Copy the code from the the "HTML Tag" text box and paste in your myspace profile. It should look something like this;

Single picture from your own myspace pic's - Firstly go you to your "pics" section in your profile and open the picture you want on your profile. Then right click the picture and click properties. From this screen copy the line of text that starts with "http://..." making sure you get all the text (it should end in "...jpg"). Now paste anywhere in your myspace profile and place the code "<img src=" in front of it and ">" at the end of it of it. It should look something like this.

A couple of good things to remember - if your image is too wide you can change the width by adding width=450px after the word "img". Also if you want two pictures in the same section of your profile its a good idea to place a <br> between each picture and any lines of text this will make sure that each image starts on a new line. An example of this would look like this;

note: you might want to experiment with the width size until you get it just right. just change the number of "px" to get different sizes.
